Multi platinum selling singer songwriter Newton Faulkner announces a very special tour of the UK in January & February which includes a date at the Carnglaze Caverns in Liskeard on Saturday 31st January.

Every location has been personally chosen by Newton himself and each show will be a one-man solo acoustic performance, offering a unique opportunity to hear songs from his million selling debut album 'Hand Built By Robots' totally stripped back. Newton, who is currently touring the USA, will also be playing brand new material from his forthcoming second album, which will be released in Summer 2009.

Local promoters SW1 Productions who first introduced Newton to Cornish audiences when they handpicked him to support Donavon Frankenreiter at the Hall For Cornwall show back in June 2006 said,

'it's been incredible working with Newton from the beginning, we knew instantly that he would go down well in Cornwall, seeing him build from those early surf bar shows, to selling out the Acorn in Penzance & the Princess Pavilions in Falmouth, then playing on the main stage at Rip Curl Board masters, all in just over a year was really amazing. The highlight for us came when he returned in December to a sell out Hall For Cornwall show, which felt like a 'homecoming gig'…strange as he's not even from Cornwall, but he definitely feels at home here!
