Every now again Cornwall's music fans embrace a band or singer songwriter, taking them into their hearts ...Newton Faulkner (some people still think he is from the county!), Donavon Frankenreiter, Xavier Rudd and Angus and Julia Stone are just some examples of artists that have continued to return to Cornwall, time and time again, citing it as one of the best part's of the world to play!

The latest addition to that list is NATTY, who returns to Cornwall on Friday 03rd October to headline the Princess Pavilion in Falmouth.

Local promoters, SW1 Productions first bought Natty to Cornwall in the summer of 2007 for a short tour of local bars, The Tap House, Sandsifter, Gyllanvase Beach Café etc;-

"we've started to get a bit of reputation among the record labels/agents for putting together these 4/5 date mini tours in cool Cornish bars - they provide an excellent sounding block for new emerging talent, playing in front of some of the countries hardest music critics...usually if you get them to be quiet, then you know you're onto something!" says Katy Thomas

Natty returned in October 2007 to play his first sell out headline show at the Sandsifter in Godrevy, then earlier this month was one of the many highlights at the Rip Curl Boardmasters 'Unleashed' Music Festival where he shared the stage with the likes of Groove Armada and The Zutons.

Touring to promote his debut album "Man Like I", which entered the UK album chart at no.21 and following on from the success of singles 'Cold Town' and 'July' (both of which received massive support from the likes of Radio 1), Natty continues to grow his UK fanbase.

Natty's music conjures up that feeling of lazy warm summer evenings, he wears his many influences on his sleeve (from Neil Young to Bob Marley to Jimi Hendrix) and is a welcome distraction to the constant flow of indie and pop bands that seem to fill the charts theses days.

Natty kicks off his twelve date UK tour on Friday 03rd October at the Princess Pavilion in Falmouth, tickets are just £8.00 in advance and are available from www.seetickets.com 0871 2200260 or from the box office on 01326 211222 (subject to booking fee).
